ive been on mri black pwder for a while.. i took a break from workingout ... now should i go back to black powder or try something new O_O?

    I don't think you need any pre workout supplements. Post workout supplement is a must though. Eat healthy whole food an hour prior to intense training and you're good to go.

    I've tried a couple samples of pre-workout supplements. The best experience was with 1MR which is equivalent in my experience as taking EC 25/200.
  • I LOVE SuperPumps 250 from Gaspari Nutrition. I don't think they sell the 250 anymore, but they do have SuperPumps Max, I just haven't tried the new stuff, yet.

    SuperPump 250...a MFP of mine nicknamed that SuperDump250 for good reason. I got 2 containers of it for free and to me, is nothing but koolaid. I get no effect from it whatsoever. I'm not saying it doesn't work for you, but it doesn't do anything "beneficial" for me.

    That's a lot of caffeine for pre workout. If you're body is weird, that's fine but mostly its our mind that tricks us. Our mindset is the most important part in getting fit and fab!
