Need Motivational Friends... New to MFP

I'm Precious and I'm so serious about meeting some really cool people who can be motivation for me (and me likewise) to jumpstart a health and exercise way of life!!!!

I am ready! Who is with me.... ? I'd really like some good sound advice on starting an exercise routine, but I work 2nd shift and my day time hours are usually filled with housework, kids and other errands before work.

    Welcome to MFP! I work second shift also. I have trouble fitting in exercise and I don't have any of the constraints you have. I wish you the best of luck and success on here. You will feel fabulous as your fitness level increases and your weight decreases. Good luck!
