I am going to be doing a week long detox with no wheat, sugar, caffeine or dairy. I am going to a gathering on Sunday. Any suggestions on what I might bring?

Detoxing isn't needed. Your body detoxes just fine.

I think most Raw Food cookbooks (or uncookbooks) will have something to meet your needs. You might want to go to a bookstore/library and browse some books to see what strikes your fancy.
A friend of mine brough a raw apple pie to a dinner and it was YUMMY.

Try looking into (Googling) some Paleo Diet recipes. They are all wheat, sugar, and dairy free.

It's one that my trainer gave me to do.... Basically not much changes for me, other than the dairy and sugar. I already avoid caffeine and have reduced wheat to next to nothing.

Fresh fruit is always good, but if you want to feel like it's more of a dessert, you could bake apples with cinnamon. Or, if you can have rice, you could make like a rice pudding without egg and sugar, just add fruit and soy or rice milk.

Hi! I just found a couple of recipes that you may like, they seem pretty simple to make. I'm actually thinking about trying them myself. Let me know how they turn out if you decide to use them!

    Guilt- Free Buffalo Wings

Here's the skinny on low fat, low calorie Buffalo chicken. For that smokey flavor, grill chicken tenders until browned. Then toss in your favorite wing sauce and serve with fat-free ranch dressing and celery, carrots, and cucumbers.
    Ingredients
    Serves: Prep: 10min |Cook: 4min |Total: 14min
    1pound chicken tenders
    salt
    ground black pepper
1/3 cup prepared Buffalo wing sauce
4 ribs celery, cut into sticks
    4 carrots, cut into sticks
2 kirby cucumbers, cut into spears
    1/3 cup fat-free ranch dressing

    Directions
    1. Season the chicken tenders to taste with salt and pepper.
2.Coat a ridged grill pan with olive oil spray and heat over medium-high heat, or heat an electric countertop griller. Grill the chicken, turning once, about 4 minutes, or until browned and no longer pink in the thickest part. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Transfer to a bowl and toss with the Buffalo sauce.
    3. Place the chicken on a platter with the celery, carrots, cucumbers, and the ranch dressing for dipping. Serve with a good supply of wooden picks.
