Well my second little princess will be 3 months on the 26th of December and about 8 week post pardom I just started getting back into the gym... I lost my baby weight quick, I weighed myself yesterday at the gym and weighed in at 123 which is only about 5 more pounds then before I had her but when I look in the mirror I see nothing but fabalicous, and that is a complete joke because there is nothing licious about being flabby, well at least not to me.... I even ask my husband yesterday (who is one of those over the top fitness junkies) How can I weigh 123 and feel so disgusting...of course he paused for a minute and never really commented because he probaby didn't a)wanna lie or b)didn't want to be in the dog house...so he choose to stay silent.

Well at 8 weeks post pardom I was going to the gym probably daily for 2 weeks, well of couse things came up, like going out of town for the weekend and my husband and his crazy job...so I ended that weekend of being out of town turned into over two weeks out of hte gym, Yesterday was my first day back and it felt good, I ran 1.5 miles, did some legs and a bit abs...then came home of course motivated to workout even more but today once agian my husband had to work all day then he had school right afterwards...so no gym for me today. Maybe tomorrow will be better. I just find it double hard with two kids one 3 months and the other 3 to make time for the gym when I can barley keep up house work. I need some motivation people so help a girl or should I say momma out!

And by the way my name is Jessica I am 27 years old with two little girls and I have been married for 6 years! I'm also starting back nursing school in 3 weeks.

Hi, I hear you! I'm also a busy Mom of two (18 mths and 3 mths).

Have you thought about doing a workout at home? Might be easier to fit it in? I started doing home workouts at six weeks post-partum five days a week. I started out with 25 minute workouts and have increased to 40-60 minute workouts.

I just don't have any time to head off to the gym. Not now anyway!

Feel free to add me. My son is 18 months, and I still don't feel the same.
