What do you have for lunch?

At work or at school if you pack your own meal. I'm on a calorie restriction but I've been taking a peanut butter & jam sandwich to work for the past week & have gotten pretty sick of it already. Any advice on food that's fast to make (less than 30 minutes hopefully), won't smell strong if and when i heat it up and won't spoil within 24-48 hours? I'd really appreciate the help :)

    I eat a turkey and cheese sandwich almost everyday. probably not the lowest calorie but not horrile either. 2 slices of orowheat oat nut bread, one slice kraft american cheese, and 2 slices of costco extra lean turkey breast. I prefer my sandwiches plain no musturd no mayo but I have tried using avacado mashed up as a mayo substitute and it tastes good. without the avacodo it's roughly 300 calories.
  • protein powder for shake/ almonds ( any type of nuts) / strawberries/ oranges ... brown rice/ packet of oatmeal/ veggies,salad/ chicken lots of chicken.........
