Gah! Moan time

Mini moan time.
I've had a real full-on day, done heaps of exercise and have consequently lots of calories left.
I'm meeting a friend for a drink later, so that will use a few (just vodka, lime and soda and only one as I'm up at 5:30am for a run) - any ideas how to use up a few more?
I don't obsess either way about 'eating back' exercise calories - sometimes when you're full you're full. It's also that TOM so I'm already pretty bloated and grumpy (hence the moan).
Hmmm ideas folks please!

Peanut butter on crackers or a handful of nuts.0

Protein shake? When i have excess calories i make up an awesome shake with a banana, chocolate protein powder, and a cup of no fat milk. It's delicious and uses up about 300 of my extra cal!0

Stealing from a friend "Peanut Butter + Spoon"
I did this tonight0 -
Fries with your drink! Mmm... fries...0

Haha annoyingly I can't STAND peanut butter!!!
There are so many lovely looking recipes on here, and people usually say nuts in terms of using up cals, but I just can't stomach themwish I could.
If I had avocado in, that'd be a sure fire hit. I have to head out anyway, so I could pick up a protein bar/shake as I need one for the morning anyway. If I'm getting more serious about exercise I REALLY need to learn to plan more! Haha0 -
Bummer about the peanut butter... What about cheese?0

Oooohh I could see that making things harder! I love pistachios and peanuts xD
I would stock up on avocados then! I eat them plain to get in calories too, so high in potassium so you get a little bonus there :]
Good luck! Protein bar is a good on the go option :]0 -
If youre not trying to gain weight being under your daily macros is a good thing..0

MFP has a built in deficit. Should be trying to get close to your calorie goal every day.0

Thanks
I've been doing contract window cleaning at holiday homes so it's really intense cleaning for like 8hrs per day... suffice it to say I'm tired!
Going to treat myself to a nice risotto and glass of wine tonight with it being Friday... but other than that I'm just too exhausted to do anything at all. Will stock up on avocado and I like the idea of eggs and cheese too0
