Hi all!

I've been on MFP for quite a while now, and needless to say, I've really not achieved the goals that I thought I would in 265 days. I have nothing to blame this on other than being complacent with how I look one day, then horrified at my eating another. I also run into the problems of "giving up" on a day and not logging my food.

I'm on day two of recovery for getting my wisdom teeth out, but seeing the swelling in my face is a reminder of how excited I am to get into the best shape possible for me. I'm a full-time cookie baker, and really learning to love trying new exercises, and spending time doing things other than sitting around at home on the computer (the MFP addiction is a hard one to break however, hah!).

I'm 5'1, with my current goal being to get under 130 lbs. I've been incorporating some solid weight training into my routine lately, and making baby steps each and every day to make "lifestyle" changes versus something entirely new each and every day.

I absolutely love and appreciate all of my current friends, and I don't think I would be here if not for them, but I'm looking for a few more people with open diaries, honest and helpful feedback, and inspiration to share back and forth with :)

Oh, and i completed Jillian's 30DS a couple months back, and have finally made it to being able to run 15 minutes straight on the treadmill (although more like a speedy jog). Thinking I might try another one of Jillian's workouts in the new year perhaps!

Thanks!!

I am the one you need ;) open diary, food blog and lots of time to be a pain in the *kitten* with comments and advice. Love to talk about food and fitness. Love to cook and bake and always come up with recipes that i post on my blog.... :) And i am slightly obsessed with logging.

I am sure we could help each other :) I did Jillian Michaels 30DS for 15 days but it is just too repetitive for me so i am back in the gym doing running, elliptcal (i can run for 25mins now!!! woooop) and TRX + body weight exercises... slowly trying to ease myself into weight lifting too... but t is a bit scary...
