    I just go for Organic anything usually. Prefer skimmed milk which is the best of the 3 in the uk so that will do me!

    I LOVE almond milk. You can have the sweented kind at 40 calories for 1 cup!! It is the almond breeze brand or i believe the Silk brand carries almond milk I am telling you to me it is the best! I have been using almond milk now for the past 6 or so months and I have never looked back. I say give it a try!

    We don't have the silk milk where I am but I buy almond breeze almond milk and love it.
