I don't do new year's resolutions. If I think of something, I like to start there and then. But what I'd like to do in the new year is not put on too much weight on holiday...0

It's all about the physical health this year. Toward the end of 2012 I should have that squared away (although I'll still have to maintain it and work on getting stronger), so from there it's going to be all about the mental. I want my brain back, it seems to have atrophied over the past three years and I'm going to need it even better than it used to be for the things I want to do with the rest of my life. But I'm not calling any of this a New Year's Resolution, because I hate doing resolutions. It's all just about what I have to do to get where I'm going.0

I stopped making resolutions. I have some goals for 2012 though.
- get stronger
- be faster
- keep the journey going0 -
Run a 5k in March
Start and complete 1 month of Cross Fit
Complete 30 day Shred...
Be better to myself..
Start schooling to become a personal trainer0 -
To be even more awesome than I am now!!! is that possible??? Lol...
I want to Run at least another 4 road races this year0 -
650 miles running/jogging/walking for 2012!0

my resolution for 2012 is purely selfish.. I want to focus more on my happiness, I want to do more things that I find interesting, I want to enjoy my life to the fullest.0

To reach my goal weight before the end 2012. That has been my new years resolution for a really long time, and this is the first time that I've actually started it and kept it going BEFORE the new year0

Finally get my body fat percentage into the single digits and run the philly marathon in November...0

1. Maintain my current weight
2. Participate in my first Triathalon (April 1)
3. Participate in a bunch of 5K and maybe a 10K
4. Do a mud race...that looks FUN FUN FUN!0 -
1.) Get to my goal weight
2.) Stay healthy
3.) Quit Smoking
4.) Quit Drinking
5.) Break 'em ALLL on January 2nd!!!
