    Finally get my body fat percentage into the single digits and run the philly marathon in November...

    1. Maintain my current weight
    2. Participate in my first Triathalon (April 1)
    3. Participate in a bunch of 5K and maybe a 10K
    4. Do a mud race...that looks FUN FUN FUN!

    2.) Stay healthy
    3.) Quit Smoking
    4.) Quit Drinking


    5.) Break 'em ALLL on January 2nd!!!

    I am so proud of myself and everyone here that we are not waiting until some arbitrary date to set our goals in motion!

    i totally agree :) and now we've all found a place to keep ourselves motivated and found the support that we need :)
