Workout soreness

I just wanted to say... I am SO sore today! My strength routine was getting too easy so I upped my weight and reps, and BOY am I glad I did. I can definitely feel it! Toned body, here I come!!! :)

That reminds me, I need to put up a "before" picture and take a new picture every few months so I can see my progress even more :)
