A 2 finger dark kit kat is only 106 cals

I haven't tried it myself, but I'm fairly certain that if you start with the basic ingredients, you can make your own low-calorie chocolate. Google some recipes. I'm sure there are some out there.0

Dark chocolate would be best. Just a little is satisfying. Eating a little square or two, even daily, won't cost you many calories.0
