Just realized I put it on the wrong Board. Sorry.

I woke up at 5 am this morning and weighed myself. From 180 I went down to 179.0. I go back to sleep and wake up again with the baby @ 930am. I weigh myself just for giggles. I went down to 178.0. I don't know if I should log that or leave it at 179.0 Is it possible to lose 1 lb in 4 1/2hours????????????????

  • Idk but I would keep going back to sleep & waking up! Lol :)
  • Yes. You lose a lot of water through respiration while you sleep.

    LOL!! NO kidding. Makes me want to go to bed extra early!!
