Back after an injury, need more friends!

I've been on MFP for a while now, but had a bit of a fall months ago. That really messed up my hip so I couldn't work out cardio or weights. I didn't pay attention to what I was eating and have GAINED 35 of the pounds that I had lost. Now it's time to get rid of that fat and the remaining 10 pounds to get to my ideal weight.
I'm looking for people who want to be honest about loosing, without using fad diets or pills, just hard work and a good diet.
