I was able to shower this morning with out feeling dizzy and half dead when I got done. I am only down 8lbs but I know the walking helps. I was able to stand and put my undies on. Usually when I tried to stand on one leg it would throw me off balance. I was able to stand and tie my shoes.

I know my mom said Monday she could tell a difference in my face and stomach and then I am reminded again it is only 8lbs.

THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION!!!

I have only lost 6 pounds (I update my clicker every Friday so it will show it tomorrow) but my grandmother and my fiance keep telling me I look so much thinner. I don't think so, but it's always great to hear that. It shows your work isn't all for nothing and that you can reach your goal! =) Great work and keep it up!

well, if you are exercising too, you may be thinning more than the pound loss, since you are starting to tone muscles! great job!

Congrats, T. It's not just about the number it's about how you feel and how much easier it is for you to do things as you mentioned. You are making great progress. You have come a long way from when you started. I am proud of you. :flowerforyou:
  • Don't sniff at 8 whole pounds girl! Grab a couple of gallons of milk and carry them around the store. That's what you've lost. Keep going. You're doing great! Be proud of every ounce!
