Is emotional eating hereditary LOL
Does anyone think emotional eating is hereditary....My mother who is a very healthy eater, most of the time, was not tempted my the garlic bread my father cooked until her car messed up. She passed the bread, looked at me an said "I might as well eat this now that I am disgusted" it was said in a joking manner, but, that is how I feel when I am stressed. The cookies and Ice Cream make me feel better.
Maybe emotional eating is learned....I know I make my on choices now, but my first instinct is food.
What are your thoughts.
