Wow.. a little really does go a long way!

My staff just got together for a turkey dinner and a gift exchange. I was nervous about all the calories in the turkey dinner..... but I opted for a few 'cut outs' and what a difference it made in the calories! I had turkey breast meat (white), carrots, turnip, cabbage and a bit of stuffing. I cut out the gravy, potatos and reduced the stuffing, and my whole dinner was only 140 cals! and Im stuffed!! Really goes to show!
