:l:tongue: so...how many calories do you burn during sex and how do i calculate that on MFP??:wink:

    If you have a HRM with a chest strap, wear that during sex and that should tell you how many calories you wasted, I mean burnt. And tell your partner it's not another sex toy. lol

    how about aerobics...I mean...well, lol...low impact some days...HIGH on others...jus sayin....
