And on the ratio of their neck size to your hand size.

What about fantasizing about doing it? Is that fewer calories?

If I make it to the end of the day, it will be pretty intense...hmmm

i find that if you put it off, you may not have the energy for it later. after work, it may seem like a chore. best to do it now, while you are still temporarily insane.

I hear it boost your metabolism so it isn't just the calories while choking - you will burn extra calories for days, maybe weeks!!:drinker:

What do you do? I'm sure your experience can't beat mine. My coworker bullies a staff member, screws everything up and pushes people around. Then makes deals with people to vote for each other for this big award for the past 3 years. Finally they both won the award because they were voted for for three years in a row. Then she posts on facebook how wonderful and glad she is to get recognized.

It depends on his weight and how much struggles in the process.
These factors effect your calorie burn.

Is it a front choke or did you get a head lock from behind. I need more info before rendering a definitive answer.

According to the Shake Weight information: "A typical calorie burn for your 6-minute workout ranges from 30 to 50 calories".

dont forget to put on wrist weights to make sure that you get the full effect of the work out! And remember to stretch first! You wouldn't want to pull a muscle!

You want to burn as many calories as you can before he passes out. My suggestion would be when he turns blue release for 5 seconds then reapply pressure. Do this for 30 minutes and I think it comes out to 350 calories. 5 seconds will give you time for a sip from the water bottle, remember hydrate.
