Motiviation through Holiday Season-Or Lack Thereof

Okay, I have been losing weight for about two years now and every year it seems like the exact same thing happens. I am golden February/March through October/November. I have no trouble getting up early to work out, or making sure I have adequate time in the evening to work out. However, once November hits, it's like all of that drive to get into shape, stay healthy, etc. just disappears. It's not that I no longer want to get into shape and be healthy. I often think about it and I still work out, but my routine is scattered. I no longer have the set routine.
Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you over come it?
