is their a tool on here to help guide fitness throughout pregnancy...or what are others doing?

    I haven't seen a pregnant setting, but you should just be able to change your goals to maintenance. You really don't need to start adding calories to your diet until you're in the second trimester and you only need to add about 300 calories a day at that point.
