Height and Weight please?

I hit my highest weight of 288 in September.
Started my life change in November at 271lbs.
My current weight is 267.5.
Goal weight is 200.
Ultimate Goal weight is 160.
I really believe it will take me over a year, maybe even two to get to where I want.
This will be a long process for me, but I know it will be worth it in the end.

Lowest weight was 147 in oct but I had a little break and gained a few (got married)0 -

GOAL WEIGHT: 145

5 ft exactly..highest weight was summer of 2006 @ 198..started my weight loss journey january 14 of this year @ 181, then started mfp 2 weeks later @ 179.5..currently @ 131, hoping to get to 120 as my final weight hopefully before valentines day0

Hey! I actually joined a long time ago, but didn't get serious about it until October 17th, 2011.
I'm 20yo, 5'11 and I started at 231 and am currenly 218. Having my wisdom teeth out have slowed my progress =(

I'm 5'10" and started at 325. I joined in September 2010. Today I go from 192 to 195 but my waist is still shrinking. I am where I want to be with my weight but still seeing improvements in my body!0

Last time I replied to this thread was in December... I was currently 143.
It has taken some time but I think that's due to my busy work schedule... however, it's now 5/19/12 and this is my progress:
I am 5'5". I started at 146, I am currently at 133.8 My goal weight is 130, however if I go below 130, that's fine with me. I have noticed that my appetite has changed. I used to feel like I was always starving, now I'm always full! I don't even want snacks, but I make sure the fruit and veggies are on hand anyway. As for my fitness... I am starting to go back to the gym today. I was going rather regularly in the January - March period, but I ended up with a severe sinus infection and physical activity was out of the question thanks to my poor peak flows. I've finally been given the ok by my physician to start going to the gym again, so I'm pretty sure these last 3 pounds should be a piece of cake to lose!! Can I say excited???? Very. I haven't weighed what I weigh now since I was 25... and 30 is just 4 weeks away!!0 -

I'm 20 and 5ft 4.5 I started this lifestyle change in June 2010 at 133lb and am now 115-118lb depending on different factors.I got here so slowly as I wanted to make a really big change to my health in a gradual way and not relapse into bad habits.I have been maintaining now for about 3 months with moderate exercise and around 1600 calories a day (without exercise) I definitely feel happy here and much better for making this change!0
