So I had to run errands today including running to walmart, while I was there I picked up one of those big tubs of protein powder with the intent of adding a little boost to my daily protein intake.
ANYWAY, the trip ended up taking longer than I thought, so when I got back to work I just mixed that with 12 oz of skim milk, is that ok to have for a meal or since it's a protein supplment and not a meal replacement should I be eating actual food with it?

I think that as long as it isnt a common occurance, it should be okay.0

Just make sure that you are getting all necessary nutrients other ways throughout the day.0

You're not planning on living off them, so no, don't think you messed up. Something is better than nothing.0
