it just made me laugh. not that "its funny" kinda laugh...
more along the "you're screwed" kinda laugh
i went to out to breakfast this morning. had two thirds of a vegetable omelette, some fresh fruit, and a crepe with more fresh fruit inside of it.... 904 calories...
i have 400 calories left for the entire day.... it noon...
hopefully i can burn off enough to be able to eat dinner...

Sometimes I think that its not really so much about the amount (though important) as it is the quality of the food. Its easier to digest that kind of food and its just better for you. Its not like you ate a bunch of donuts. Your body will be okay even if you eat a few extra calories tonight. Remember, it takes 3500 calories to lose/gain a pound so you will be fine.0

That was my thought too. I mean, at least it wasn't cake and ice cream 900 cals...that's a big difference you know.:devil:0 -
This happen to me just about every Sunday. It's God in the morning and Billy Blanks at night.
I just thank the former that I'm able to do the latter.

Ouch!!! It always hits home when you add everything into your food diary and that big ol' number looks you right in the face!!! But don't dispair, because tomorrow is a new day, and you can just chalk this one up as a lesson in your "getting more healthy" journey. Besides, it sounds like you ate lots of fruits and veggies, so it couldn't all have been bad for you, right?:bigsmile:0
