Vegetable sandwich

Not really a 'recipe', but still pretty yummy! This is my all-time favorite sandwich.

You will need:

1 Whole Grain Bagel
2 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese
2 Slices of Tomato
5 slices English Cucumber
½ Cup Green Leaf Lettuce
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

Toast bagel & let cool (so the cream cheese doesn’t melt onto the bread).
Soften cream cheese in microwave so that its spreadable (5 seconds or so).
Use 1 tbsp cream cheese per side.
Top with vegetables.

Calories : 350
Fat 9
Carbs 50
Protein 9
Iron 26
Fibre 3
