Newbie from Northern California, hi everyone.

I'm from Northern California a few miles of San Francisco and Oakland, CA I'm here to lose these 50 plus pounds I've put on over a number of years and to get healthier and get my blood sugar into it's proper range. And hopefully meet some nice new friends here, looking forward to encouraging each other. :o)
