Shifting My Focus

I am pretty sure that my attention is now shifting from weight loss to toning and really getting some definition in my muscles. I made my goal in weight (though I fluctuate so much that I haven't been back down to it). So I either stress out over those last 3 lbs that come and go or just do it already. I'm tired of waiting...

I work out at the gym at least 4 days a week, if not more. I need to figure out how to work up a good routine, but I am pretty clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff. So, who wants to help a pescatarian girl out? :bigsmile:

    I think you'll find it's more fun to build up than to lose. You are gonna have some fun.
