Who's done this program- I am confused on the charts. I see Workout A and Workout B, and I get that I alternate days doing each (3x/week)
What trips me up is how each workout (A and is structured. The chart, for instance, looks like

Workouts 1, 2 | 2 | 15 | 60 |
Workouts 3, 4 | 2 | 12 | 60 |
Workouts 5, 6 | 3 | 10 | 60 |
Workouts 7, 8 | 3 | 8 | 60 |
I am so confused to what the different Workouts mean?? Ex: "Workouts 1, 2"?
Help - I have tried going back to re-read and search for this but it's not processing with my bain!

Do 2 sets of 15 on each move the first 4 workouts (so A twice, B twice), then go down to 12 (increase weights if you can) for 4, etc.0

The book already specifies the number of sets to do within the line of "Workouts 1, 2" - when do I do "Workouts 3, 4" for instance? Or is this set up like sets (of reps) within sets (of exercises)?0 -
Oooh... or do the lines "Workouts 1, 2" actually mean "Weeks 1, 2"....??0

Workout 1 is the first day doing an exercise, workout 2 is the second day and so on.
So week 1 is:
Workout 1(a)
Workout 1(b)
Workout 2(a)
Week 2 is:
Workout 2(b)
Workout 3(a)
Workout 3(b)
ps-- I can send you copies of the worksheets I use if you want, I found them to be the least confusing.0 -
