    Your body is one of the best pieces of equipment that you have.

    Sit ups, push ups, yoga, wall presses....I have a trainer and she uses me more than the weights and I have seen some astonishing results. Go online and find some exercises....you'll be impressed!

    also remember that its easy to become unmotivated at home when working out- so no matter what don't make excuses if your plan is to work out 3-6 days a week do that I know life throws curve balls but its still possible to get a workout in

    I have equipment BUT I dont use any of it...I use Dvd's and also I have learned to stay in motion ..instead of sitting and watching videos or listening to music..I get up and dance..I used to care what people thought but now I dont ...going to bed at a reasonable hr also helps to get an early start in the day and get in some personal time before anyone in the house wakes up....Youtube has a ton of videos you can watch..good luck:drinker: Oxygen has a great yoga program early in the morning like 6
