What do you do?

What do you do when you makes an oopsie? Say you have a very indulgent breakfast or lunch. Do you "make up for it'? If so, how does that work? Or maybe you just make it an extra hard work out day? Or just give up for the day and start new tomorrow?

Here and there its ok to make mistakes like eat to much or to little or something like that just not and every single day thing... but if you are really into being perfect then work what you ate and more off...0

No, I'm definitely not saying I'm perfect....
I'm just wondering how other people handle it. I have plenty of "oopsies", I'm just looking for other's opinions on what works for them...0 -
That is such a good question! I guess it depends on the type of day I am having. Last week I have a bit of a breakdown because of school and my whole week was filled with bad food choices until I saw my trainer on Saturday. Normally if I have a bad choice I will try to make up for it at the gym. Makes you feel just a little less bad for it in the first place0

Yes. I either eat lower cal options later, or I do an extra workout or put in some extra time, or I just say "eh whatever" and go over, or I do some combination of those. So for example I might make some slightly lighter choices later (get a salad instead of a sandwich for dinner) AND put in an extra 20 minutes of activity AND I'll still be over so I say "thats ok, at least its only X00 calories and not 3000 calories over."
and then I don't really worry about it.0 -
I'm not on a diet and i take 6 to 8 gym classes a week, so in my world, I think I can splurge once in a great while.0

Never give up!
I just suck it up and resolve to slip into my sneakers and take an hour walk - usually 3.5 miles or so.

Use to give up for the day and then it could turn into a couple days. Now I look at it by the moment and try to have a better day if that means another workout I try but it doesn't always work out the best.0
