Not sure how healthy but coat them in Dijon mustard and then in some shake and bake and bake till done.

We broil them at 525, brush on BBQ sauce each turn, turning every 6 mins until complete depending on how thick ur cut is. and last time you turn it, Mccormicks has a maple seasoning and sprinkle that on top and put back for another 6 mins. Its pretty good and mosit. I also have a fav recipe from allrecipes.com that is amazing! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/baked-pork-chops-i/detail.aspx use the white wine because your pork chops will come out and u won't need a knife! Enjoy!

I'm having pork chops for dinner tonight and I keep it simple usually just bake them in the oven with garlic, onions and bell peppers what ever I have and let the juices from the meat cook the veggies. Sometimes I add bbq sauce but not always, I've also baked chops in aluminum foil with veggies rolled up inside and they cook together that way, if you don't want to cook in the oven chop into bite size pieces and saute on the stove top with the same veggies or others to your liking hope this helps you.

Pork chops or rib medallions, (enough to half fill a slow cooker/crock pot)

Glaze the chops on a plate with a little light oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear the chops on a skillet for about a minute or more on each side on medium or hotter depending on their size and after they're seared, layer them in the slow cooker.

Add 1 ½ cups of Tamari sauce (high quality soy sauce) and turn up to high. When it begins to get hot add a pinch of sugar if desired and stir slightly (sugar is optional).

Then add 1 ¼ cups apple cider vinegar. ¼ cup white wine (optional; if you don't have wine just use more apple cider vinegar)

Also add 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons each of basil and dill. 4 tablespoons dry mustard. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional)

Add just enough water to bring up to the top of the pork chops and simmer on low for about an hour or so until tender and fully cooked.

This is basically an "adobo" recipe and surprisingly low fat/low cal. Use the leftover broth as a dip for toast or use it to make a pilaf with rice.. The adobo sauce can be used as a concentrated broth in any recipe that calls for broth.

    Good luck!
