Suggestions please

I ordered my 30 day Shred yesterday and it's on its way...yaaaay! Now for your suggestion. If anyone on here has done it with modifications please advise. I have a knee with no cartilage left, it's bone on bone, according to my Ortho doc, somewhere down the road, I'll need a knee replacement, he advised me not to run, no lunges, no squats, no kneeling, no tennis, basically nothing that will impact the knee, he does allow me to walk.....blah, blah, blah. While I have no intention on ruining the little bit of knee I have left since I dont want to need a knee replacement until Im old and gray, I do want to do this 30DS but with modifications of said restrictions. Is it possible and will I still see results?
