    Advice?
Just start following the recommendation on this site.
Set your goals to maintain, and maintain.

    You can do this!
  • It may help you if you begin measuring your food. It's easy: a serving of meat/fish is about the size of your palm, same goes for rice, pasta.. and make sure to eat a nice big bowl of salad w/very little dressing every day to keep full. The key to successful weight loss is having supporters.. we are all here to help! We're in this together.. for the long haul. We all have days where we just keep eating, but we learn to eat right and stop eating (the junk food) after a certain point. It's all a learning process.

The next time you feel like pigging out, try to occupy yourself with something else. Read a book, watch a movie, take a walk (treadmill or outside), clean your room, or come on MFP and chat with us :D
