Adding fun to fitness

i was getting really bored at the gym so i decided to switch up the routine and do dance class once a week -replacing a day at the gym. cant wait for January when classes start again. Belly Dancing. its sooo much fun, its a grat workout and its sexy too. if you have tried it ladies do so! im in Baltimore and the classes here are only $5.00 per class and ut works all of your body.

Any type of cardio/workout that you enjoy is an excellent choice to add to your routine. Much less likely to grow tired of it if you can really enjoy it instead of "grinding" through it like so many people do.0

You might also try breaking and entering. Not many workouts can beat being chased by a homeowner/dog/cop while carrying a 52 inch Plasma TV.0

I've wanted to try Belly Dancing for years and have never gotten around to it. One day... it's on the list of dozens of different classes and lessons I'd like to take!

i try to get as much cardio in as i can. but im so bored with the treadmill which made me begin to take dance classes. i dont really know what other cardio to do. i only like the treadmill now because it calculates my calories burned and miles...0
