that all restaurants had to list the nutritional info on their menu as a law.....I need to know how many calories are in your dang pizza at the local pizza shop or sub or whatever so I know if I can have a dang pudding when I get home!!! haha!

hell yeah. I had that trouble the other day, and no doubt will again this Friday. WHY are there so many birthdays at the moment?
  • I have often wondered if instead of going to a restaurant and saying "I'd like the cajun chicken sandwich with extra fries" you had to say "I'd like the 1242 calorie meal."

I think I'd be a lot thinner if it was staring me in the face like that.

Better than that I wish that actually served 1 portion rather than 2+ (and they wonder why people are overweight)

Really!? That is awesome! I've been in S. Korea over 2.5 years now... oh how I miss commercials that aren't from the military or in a language I can't understand.

In WA State, they do if they are a restaurant of 15 locations or more. It is VERY helpful!!!

Even if they do doesn't mean you can believe them. Did you see Applebee's on the news a few weeks ago about their WW meals? Waaaayyyy off. And the same is true for Olive Garden. That's why it's so much safer to eat your majority of meals at home. Everyone is so deceitful, reminds me of the  Seinfeld:love: episode with the ff frozen yogurt and they were all getting fat eating it. Too bad there isn't like a wand we could wave over the plate and it would tell us the nutritional info!
