In July I decided to work with a cross fit/functional workout trainer for four weeks before I moved with the plan that I would continue working out after I moved and check in with her occasionally when I visited my family. Well I wish I could say I stuck to a great plan and was consistent but I cannot. I have worked out the last several months but would fall off the bandwagon and didn't push myself. Well the last 3 weeks I left that ho hum attitude behind and kicked into beast mode. :)

Today I was able to do 3 sets of 10 ab shredders (TRX feet in loop in air, body in push up position, pull knees to chest) without falling on my face! The first and last time I did these with her I couldn't even do 2 without collapsing! Assisted Machine Pull Ups have also been an enemy I always stayed at 100lbs, last week I dropped to 90, and this week I made myself do 1/2 my reps at 80lbs and the other 1/2 at 90. I also ran a 12 min mile without having to walk! It felt good!

I love the way I feel and the thought of being able to do more and more just motivates me to work harder than ever instead of just quitting. It's my time to take it and nothing is going to stop me!
