FC , yes I also got a general weakness and just not feeling right. The splenda was the only thing I had changed in my diet and when i stopped it went away and when i started the symptoms came back.
A few years ago I had food allergy testing and when i cut out the foods that I was sensative to my joint pain reduced a lot and my sleep improved and I had more energy( It took about 2 weeks and the difference was quite dramatic) Thats why i thought there might be a link when I was eating stevia and noticed the joint pain again.0 -

I am surprised that nobody seems to like blue- I think it has no aftertaste- haven't tried much of the yellow- and the thought of baking with it kinda freaks me out-0

I use yellow usually just in my tea (1 packet) and the brown sugar made with splenda when I make sweet potatoes. Other then that I don't use it much at all and have had no problems. Have been using it for 4 years so far.0
