    Man, I cannot begin to tell you the difference I notice in my body/weightloss when I sleep enough. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER.

    Reminds me to get enough sleep! I work and go to school so sometimes I sleep during the day instead of at night, and it can get tricky to find time to sleep!
