Hi all! New here. I recently lost around 13 pounds this summer, then when I went back to school, and found it harder to lose the rest of the weight I wanted. I got VERY heavy last spring, over 30 pounds heavier then my senior year of high school (18). I am now a junior in college (21). I weighed 135 all throughout high school and played sports consistently, so I know this was a healthy weight for me to maintain. I am 5'7. I currently weigh 151 and would like to be back by 130-135 in 2 months (around end of February-ish). It is hard to cook fun recipes on a college budget, I usually only buy staple foods each grocery trip and it tends to get boring. Any advice/healthy recipes/encouragement would be so appreciated! It is a hard thing to do to lose weight in college! Thanks so much everyone!! :)

Omg you sound just like my twin! I just graduated college in may (age 21) and I played soccer in hs too and I never got over 143, maintained 135-143. College was so hard for me. I weighed in at my heaviest right after a trip I took after graduation at 195!!! That's disgusting. I'm back to 178 right now aiming for 145. I'm also 5'7 so I know how it feels to weigh way more than our shorter friends. Hang in there! I'll share some recipes with you too. :)
