    I would just use any other milk :) I think almond milk is used because it has the least calories.

    While almonds are mostly sedentary, and thus easy to catch, you must have tiny hands, and keen eyesight to find their wee udders.

    So good have recently released an almond milk in Aus and NZ I believe. :)
