When I feel like I'm in a slump, I go read some success stories and get inspired! If there's one very important lesson I have learned on mfp, it's this: Anything is possible!! Even a six-pack after having 5 children! (I'm almost there!) Man, if I can do it, YOU definitely can!

Remind yourself of your goals! Look at inspiring pictures to get motivated. You can do this!

Looking at success stories helps me work out even harder. I look at old photos of myself and say that's not going to be me ever again. You can do it!
  • I am here today for this same reason, I have been losing motivation. Long story but I am so close to my goal and I seem to have stalled, for like 3 months now.....not gained, but not lost. and I am frustrated. So what is my motivation? I am motivated by you asking this question and knowing that I might not be the only one struggling and hopefully changing from Loseit! to myfitnespal will help! Keep on keeping on!

I associate pain with being fat and pleasure with being fit.

    It's really that simple.
There was a time when I valued size; it made me more of a thug - lol
And then my doc ran some tests, and OOPS!

Everything bad was up and everything good was down.

We want the same things: to live well and just be happy - to feel better, look great and live a long healthy life.

You can do this, but you have to want it more than the temporary comforts of overeating, laziness and lethargy.
You, and only you are the author of your future.

    Make it a good one!
