How much you weighed, How much you are now and how long it took you! :)

    Just over 1 year with a break in the middle when my son was born.
    EDIT: Put on some sunglasses.
    Before: 200lb, 39" navel measurement, taken Oct 2010 after 1 month of training and some progress being done at this point. Closest thing to a before pic that I have.

    Current: 32.5" navel, 180lbs, more lean mass.
