My own healthy diet if you would like to share

Good morning everyone,

After trying many diets either fade or healthy... I have decided to do my own specific diet for the rest of the year ( for 2 weeks) and will see if I will continue or no.

The diet mainly depends on healthy food without any processing food and no Soda or alcoholic beverages during that time.

Here you go

Breakfast : Choose one of the following:

1- 2 eggs + Lettuce+ coffee
2-2 fruits + coffee
3-Small piece of lean protein + cucumber or lettuce
4-Meal replacements shake


Snack 1 : 1 fruit or cucumber or lettuce

Lunch:
1- Lean protein ( medium piece ) + vegetables ( boiled or grilled any amount)
2-Tuna Salad
3-Meal replacement shake

Snack 2: 1 fruit or cucumber or lettuce

Dinner : Either like lunch or :

1- 1 piece fruit + 1 cup fat free yogurt

Snack 3: just pure vegetables.


Notes:

1- No starchy or fried food allowed
2-No soda ( once a week only)
3-Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day
4 Water : not less than 3 L a day

Today is Friday and I weigh : 181.4 and my next weigh in will be on Friday 23 Dec. and lets see how will it go...

So guys who is in with me in this diet??
