I started MFP on October 12th and I have lost 17-19lbs depending when I weigh myself. I have like 8-9 lbs to go. My original weightloss settings were 2lbs a week which put my at 1200 calories a day. Well about 2 weeks ago ppl gave me advice saying change it to 1lb a week to kick start my metabolism again n i have. I am currently at 1440 a day for like 2 weeks now. Ive also been watching just more than my calories since ive upped my calories but i havent seen much progress. Im starting to think im not gonna b able to lose the extra few lbs i want. Any suggestions?!
