Question about strength training and running.....

I've been reading up on both and I'm confused. I'm training to run a marathon in May, but I also want to strength train. Should I focus on upper body strength since my lower body is getting such a workout with all the running?

No.. You should do full body strength.
If you don't, you could end up with an imbalance in your muscles.. and that could cause joint problems, problems running, etc etc.0
