Brologist are working hard to determine the magical hour in which carbohydrate intake magically turns into fat.

To prevent becoming your own snack, one should calculate the required caloric intake and divide into AT LEAST 6 meals. Serioulsy! The biggest BRO's out there eat 12 meals with only 350 calories. Yes it's time consuming and stupid but get over it. Do you want to be a bro or not, bro?
All other dietary approaches are invalid.
