lost my motivation and always feel tire...any help

Hi everyone,
As from the title, I lost all my motivation and don't feel like exercising, I didn't do any thing for most of the last week and feel always tired.
I know that I don't lose weight without exercising even when I'm watching my diet.
I don't know what should I do now.....

What I got from this is that you know that without exercise you don't lose... so you NEED to do that. I'm sure that you already know that exercise WILL give you MORE energy. Maybe you need to re-evaluate WHY you started this process in the first place and why you need to continue this journey. I had to do this for myself just this week... We all go astray sometimes, it's just making sure that we get back on the horse that is the important part
