I read this on a link I received from LS ( @LeslieWalks ) via twitter last night.
Q.) What is the reason for the varying lengths of the walks? One day five miles, one day one mile. Wouldn't it be better to just walk three miles (or whatever) all days?
A.) Varying lengths is so your body doesn't get "used" to the same thing all the time! Our bodies are so efficient and we really promote change by challenging them!
If you're like me, you never thought that changing up your walk routine works just like changing up your workouts.
Now we know! And knowledge is power!
