The difference 12lbs and Yoga can make!

So for weeks now I've felt like I'm burning out. I'm losing 1-2lbs a week usually and am 9lbs from my goal yet I felt that I looked exactly the same...until I took some pictures!

1. I'm 146lbs 24th September.
2. I'm 134lbs today, 12 weeks and 12lbs down, 68lbs down total.
I'm 5'8 for reference!

    Great job! The added benefit of yoga is that you feel better inside out and possibly live a balanced life. What kind of yoga do you practice? I do Vinyasa and Power Yoga... absolutely LOVE it and you're right! Depending on what yoga class and intensity, you can elevate your heart rate to the same as high intensity cardio! :)

    Yoga is the best and basically all I do - I have lost 2-3 inches all over, dropped my bf% and have defined muscles.

    Good job! Your first picture in September looks a lot like my sister! She lost a ton of her weight from growing taller. She weight about 180 and was about 5"3. Now she weighs about 155 and is 5'8. It's amazing how great you look! This would really help motivate her because she is very very similar to you body wise!!!
