Too Busy to Eat?

What do you do?

I work in a client facing position where sometimes I have a day like today and get behind and literally have NO time to eat. I just sat down for my first meal (besides coffee) today.

Ideas? Keep my desk stocked with nuts?

    I too work in a client facing position. What I do is prepare all of my snacks the night before. I have my apples cut up, oranges peeled, sunflower/pumpkin seeds mixed, cheese sticks and water ready to go. There is always time to eat even if you can take just five minutes. Your body needs the fuel.

    I work in IT and this happens to me often !

    I keep vegetable soup sachets in my drawer as very often I literally don't have time to eat but I can drink .. I really need to master the art of being able to type and eat at the same time :laugh:

    I also keep dried fruit incase I end up getting the low sugar shakes and also packets of oat cakes which are good if I manage to catch myself before the " I need sugar now before I fall over " as they are slow burning carbs and good for keeping me going.

    Not ideal but some jobs are just like that..
