Hello. My name is Natalie. I'm not the typical dieter although my entire family and friends are. I'm looking to give support and receive support. I have small weight loss goals but mostly want to improve my health and reduce my body fat so I can see my abs. I spent 17 years as a smoker that ate nothing but trash. I quit smoking 9 months ago. After that I started exercising which lead to me quitting pop which has now lead to me eating clean or close to it :).

So that's my story. If you have any tips or comments about what I've been eating please let me know. Thanks!
